Heather is our Director of Diversity & Inclusion. She's responsible for defining our vision and strategy for maintaining and advancing a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization.
Our D+I Journey
The first major milestone in our D+I journey will be 2025, the year for which we set our initial goals in 2020. By 2025, we hope to have a workforce that includes:
What does D+I mean at our company?
It means you're encouraged to be your authentic self 24 hours a day - not just before and after work.
It means you can consider participating in a local D+I Council, our global Diversity Champion Network, or Danaher Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) created to help nurture a culture of belonging. And on a regular basis, associates are encouraged to share their perspectives with colleagues via a forum we call BEC LS Voices.
Finally, it means you'll join more than 3,400 associates across the globe who bring their unique skills, backgrounds and perspectives to work with them each day.
